How to Setup Your Event Page

Snapworxx Event Setup Instructions

Congratulations on your purchase! You’re just one step away from having your event page and gallery ready. Please follow the instructions below carefully.

Step 1 – Complete the Form

Fill out the form below with your event details. You’ll be asked for:

  • Event name
  • Date and time
  • Organizer name
  • Contact email
  • (Optional) Cover image or special notes

Step 2 – Submit Your Information

Once you’ve completed the form, click Submit. Your event details will be automatically sent to our event management team.

Step 3 – Processing Time

Our team will set up your event within 24 hours. You don’t need to do anything else while we build your gallery and generate your access links.

Step 4 – Watch for Your Email

After your event is created, you’ll receive an email containing:

  • Your event gallery link – where all photos and videos will appear
  • A download link – so you can save your media easily
  • Three versions of your event QR code – for printing, sharing digitally, or displaying at your event

Step 5 – Share With Guests

Once you receive your email, share the QR code with your guests. They simply scan it to upload their photos and videos — no app required.
